PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device in which a temperature detection body can exactly detect the temperature of a fixing body or a pressed body by preventing water drops generating due to dew condensation, stains such as a developer and dust dispersing in the device, from adhering to an infrared absorption film in the temperature detection body, and to provide an image forming device equipped with the fixing device. SOLUTION: A resin film 8 is disposed in an upper part than the axis line of a heating roller 2 close to the resin film 8 and in the upstream side of the transportation direction of a recording material S from the axis line.
