PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve easy to manufacture and having a stable control characteristic for a long period of time. SOLUTION: A plunger 19 and a spool valve 20 are independently provided, are the control characteristic of this solenoid valve 1 is made appropriate by adjusting an effective valve stroke by the adjustment of press-in quantity in pressing the spool valve 20 into the plunger 19. A finished product can therefore be obtained without the control characteristic being influenced by a spring 8 and a support member 17 built in afterwards, and this results in obtaining the solenoid valve 1 of good quality with the appropriate control characteristic.
