PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability so as to easily install the frame body unit of a meshy net to a support. SOLUTION: The outer circumferential sections of the meshy nets 24 are held and fixed by the frame body units 25. The frame body units 25 are mounted on a support 23 through connecting members 35. The connecting members 35 have horizontal sections 35A and vertical plate sections 35B, and the horizontal plate sections 35A are inserted to horizontal frames 30 and fixed by bolts 36. The vertical plate sections 35B have fixing sections 135 projected to the roadway side, and the fixing sections 135 are fixed on the side faces of the support 23 by a bolt 47 and a nut 48.
