PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for providing a drilled portion without chipping off concrete when providing a drilled portion in a diaphragm wall, to eliminate washing and slime treatment for the joint portion when jointing diaphragm walls, to eliminate roughening a concrete surface or bending back of steel bars or welding process for welding stud bolts. SOLUTION: Using joint steel members, steel bar cages or steel bars of a structural body together with foamed synthetic resin plates, paper-made honeycomb core panels, synthetic resin thin plates, or honeycomb core panels made of metal foils as forms, they are attached to steel bar cages, the forms are accompanied with tubes and a fluid is filled in the tubes under pressure and installed to a steel bar cage, the steel bar cage is built in an excavated gutter, and the forms and the tubes are removed after placing concrete, and the diaphragm walls are jointed together, the diaphragms and structural bodies are jointed together, and drilling portions for the diaphragm walls are provided.
