PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly put electronic commerce by the Internet, etc., into practice by performing control discriminatingly between a case wherein a return can be made with the 'return' button of a browser and a case wherein a return can not be made according to the contents of operation. SOLUTION: A session identifier 3 managing information of a session is managed while internally divided into two. When a return to a previous picture is enabled, only the 1st identifier 4 is checked and when the return to the previous picture is disabled to the contrary, the 1st identifier 4 and 2nd identifier 5 are both checked.
