The customer 005 prepares estimation answer information 302 in accordance with the business negotiations occurrence notification and the estimation request information carried on the homepage, registers the estimation answer information 303 to carry in on the homepage and also transmits answer registration notification 202 by e-mail. The ordering person in charge 003 refers to the estimation answer information carried on the homepage 103 in accordance with the answer registration notification. The customer is selected and decided on the basis of a prescribed transactions condition including the referred answer estimation information and an approved amount by the transactions condition 104, customer candidate decision 106, the approved amount 107 and customer decision 501, and customer decision notification 203 is transmitted to the decided customer by e-mail. |
