PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized mounting structure having a knob with high illuminance on the surface. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of a rotary electric part with illumination, a hollow part 11b is formed from the lower end surface 11a, facing a printed board 3, of an operation shaft 11 upward in the axial direction. An illumination member 4 comprises a terminal part 6 and a light emitting element 5. The terminal part 6 is attached to the printed board 3, and the light emitting element 5 is located inside the hollow part 11b. The light emitting element 5 illuminates inside the operation shaft 11. Therefore, the distance from the light emitting element 5 to the knob 15 can be shorter than in an existing structure, so that a mounting structure with high illuminance can be provided.
