PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens driving device for a disk player which is easily moved to the most inner periphery of a disk, and is miniaturized and lightened. SOLUTION: The device is composed of an actuator part 140 supporting movably a movable part 130, in which printed board coils 50, 60 are fixed to both side surfaces of a lens holder 30 incorporating an objective lens 37, by outer peripheral side and inner peripheral side linear elastic members 74, 94, 80, 104 fixed to an actuator base 40 and a suspension base 150 in which a pair of yokes 152 and erecting parts 153 fixing a pair of magnets 151 which are oppositely arranged with a prescribed magnetic space are formed. The plate widths Wi of the inner peripheral side linear elastic members 80, 104 are set to be larger than the plate widths Wo of the outer peripheral side linear elastic members 74, 94.
