<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a composite piezoelectric body industrially at a low cost. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the composite piezoelectric body comprises a process of forming recesses whose thickness is between 1/2 and 9/10 of that of a piezoelectric ceramic sheet on the upper and lower surfaces of the piezoelectric ceramic sheet, a process of filling resin in these recesses, a process of obtaining a composite body by cutting a part of upper and lower parts of the piezoelectric ceramic sheet, and a process of forming electrodes on the upper and lower surfaces of the composite body and then polarizing the piezoelectric ceramic of the composite body in the up and down direction by applying an electric field between the electrodes.</p> |
