PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic camera, capable of efficiently housing an auxiliary battery corresponding to utilizing conditions, without damaging the portability of the main body of camera. SOLUTION: In this electronic camera, a housing part 9 capable of exclusively housing an image LCD 5 for displaying a subject at photographing of or recorded image at reproducing and an auxiliary battery 11 is provided on the back of a body 1 of camera, an LCD arm is provided for moving the image LCD 5 between a first position housed in this housing part 9 and a second position jumped out of the housing part 9, and this housing part 9 can house arbitrary number of auxiliary batteries 11. |
