PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground terminal, in which grounding can be performed surely at low cost, by devising a structure of a ground terminal itself, stripping off a coating of a side member of the opposing part, and thus enabling grounding of a ground terminal using a common bolt. SOLUTION: A ground terminal 11 is comprised of a crimping part 13, where an end of a cable 10 is crimped and fixed. Also the ground terminal 11 is structured to have a plate member 12, in which a bolt inserting aperture 12a is formed with a crimping part 13, and the protrusion members 16, 17, which are coupled to both ends of the plate member 12 via thin-walled portions 14a, 14b, while protruding outwardly from the both ends of the plate member 12, and where the projections 15a, 15b are formed at the front-ends in the direction of the protrusion of the protrusion members 16, 17.
