PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate the operation for offset adjustment. SOLUTION: This optical disk servo circuit 30 for controlling the rotation of a disk 2 based on a signal B for rotation control read from the disk 2 is provided with an offset adjustment means 50 for calculating the offset amount J of the control loop and adjusting a controlled variable K by the amount. Thus, the offset amount or the like is automatically calculated. Also, the offset amount J is calculated based on the signal or information H derived from the signal B for the rotation control. Thus, the offset amount is automatically easily calculated only by the local alteration of the circuit.
