PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mutually exchange points that point members have obtained between different companies and to closely examine the resulting adjustments between the point companies according to the mutual exchange rate. SOLUTION: A point member is able to effectively use points by the exchange of points between different industries. For the point companies, new point members are obtained, the mass marketing by customer information and profit management are improved, and the operation time needed for adjustments accompanying the exchange of points can be shortened.
