PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check or correct changed contents after the end of synchronization by making it possible to leave the difference of both changed contents in each item without interrupting the synchronization processing. SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with a storing part 4 for storing a variety of programs or files, a control part 2 for performing data communication or a program, a display part 3 for displaying stored information or operation guidance, and an inputting part 1 for operating a variety of inputs so that file transfer or data communication with the order device can be realized. When individual management information stored in the storage device 4 of one information processor is synchronized with individual management information stored in the other storage part 4 of the other information processor being a pair, the control part 2 allows the display part 3 to display the point of difference of both the individual management information when they are both changed.
