PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To locate rotating bodies at an exact angle position for a long period of time. SOLUTION: This rotating body drive assembly 301 consists of the rotating bodies 54 and 620, a pulse signal transmission means 302 which transmits signals of pulse numbers, a motor 304 which rotates at the prescribed quantity according to the signals of the pulse numbers transmitted by the pulse signal transmission means 302 and drives the rotating bodies 54 and 620 and a control means 300 which commands the pulse numbers to the pulse signal transmission means 302. The device has a pulse addition and subtraction means for adding or subtracting the set pulse numbers previously set in order to rotate the rotating bodies 54 and 620 at a prescribed angle and the prescribed pulses with respect to the set pulse numbers, and a pulse addition and subtraction chance command means for commanding the chance to add or subtract the prescribed pulses.
