PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the cost per a single magnetic body holder, to increase the fixing strength of a magnetic body holder to a spoke, to allow the magnetic body holder to be installed to various kinds of bicycles, and to improve the numerical detection accuracy such as the number of revolutions and a rotation angle by a sensor when the magnetic body holder is used in an automatic speed changing device or a speed meter provided with an electromagnetic pickup system. SOLUTION: This magnetic body holder is constituted of a holder main body, which is installed to the wheel of a bicycle having a hub in the center and a rim in the circumference via a spoke extending radially from the hub and provided with a holding part arranged on one side for holding a magnetic body and at least a part of clamping pieces arranged on the other side for clamping the magnetic body, and an expansion preventing member arranged across a pair of clamping pieces so as to hold them from the outside for preventing the pair of clamping pieces clamping the spoke from extending outward.
