PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tensile strength testing device for anchor bolts which can be easily transferred, handled, and applied, even to a ceiling and facilitates work for verifying the tensile strength of anchor bolts, without destroying anchor-bolt constructed parts. SOLUTION: The tensile strength testing device for anchor bolts is provided with a hand-operated type oil hydraulic generating device 10 with a rechargeable battery 12, an oil hydraulic hose 13 to be connected freely attachably to the output end of the oil hydraulic generating device 10 a fixing nut device 20 to be connected freely attachably to the output end of the oil hydraulic hose 13, and an oil hydraulic cylinder 35. The oil hydraulic generating device 10 comprises a handle part 11, provided with both a manual pressurizing switch 11a ad release switch 11b, and the fixing nut device 20 comprises a fixing part 30 freely to be connected and fixed freely attachably to an anchor bolt.
