PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly radiate heat generated in a bearing in a resin pulley. SOLUTION: A metallic insert hardware 113 insert-molded with a resin-made pulley main body 112 is provided with a radiating part 113d extending from a region contacting with the bearing 300 to the front housing 200 side to be exposed to air. Thus, heat generated in the bearing 300 can be quickly radiated so that durability of the bearing 300 can be improved by a simple means such that the insert hardware 113 is provided with the radiating part 113d.
