PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the seismic force applied to a frame when an earthquake occurs, and support a structure so that it is not overturned by the overturning moment in the seismic input in a base isolation frame to generate the vibration by the rotation of a structure itself. SOLUTION: In a radar base isolation frame 4 comprising an upper frame 5, a lower frame 6, and a base isolation layer installed between the frames 5 and 6, a slip support 10 having a coming-out stopping resistance mechanism is installed on four corners between the upper and lower frames 5 and 6 for transmission of the perpendicular load and reinforcement of the lower frame 6, and a laminated rubber support 31 to couple both frames with each other and a trigger 32 which couples both frames 5 and 6 in a normal condition and rapidly reduces the resistance by the deformation or breakage against a predetermined seismic force is installed between the upper and lower frames 5 and 6.
