PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a fence constructed of compact parts which can be easily transported and assembled on site, for solving the drawback of conventional fences that when the fence is provided around a housing or building, it must be assembled by means of a welding machine on site or shop fabricated and transported to a construction site by a truck, etc. SOLUTION: For the structure of each part of the fence, a pipe is inserted between a top plate part and a bottom plate part and the end of each of the plate parts is closed by a cover member and fixed in place. The top plate part or the bottom plate part is formed by combination of an outer member and an inner member which can be freely assembled together.
