PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the drain-inlet peripheral structure of a sheet waterproof structure in which drain-inlet peripheral members extending over a drain pipe from a waterproof sheet can be joined mutually with sufficient strength even when the waterproof sheet is made of an olefin resin and the drain pipe of a vinyl chloride and excellent watertightness can be obtained. SOLUTION: The opening peripheral structure of the sheet waterproof structure has a drain inlet member 10 with a flange member 30, in which a sheet joining piece 32 is formed at one end of a cylindrical mounting clearance 31, and a connecting pipe 20 composed of a vinyl chloride resin. The flange member 30 consists of a laminated board 40 in which the second resin layer 42 made of the olefin resin is laminated on the rear side of the first resin layer 41 made of vinyl chloride through a resin holding layer 45. The cylindrical mounting clearance 31 of the flange member 30 is fitted externally and joined and fixed at one end of the connecting pipe 20. The connecting pipe 20 is connected to the drain pipe 3 made of vinyl chloride in a drain inlet while the second resin layer 42 of the sheet joining piece 32 is joined with the drain-inlet peripheral section of the waterproof sheet 5 comprising the olefin resin in the drain inlet member 10.
