PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook device capable of reducing the number of components and, at the same time, easily manufacturing the components. SOLUTION: The hook device is constituted of a hook main body 12 having a hook section 14 connected to a square pillar-like base section 13 and the lower part of the front end face thereof and fitted to a fitted member P from above, a lock member 15 covering part over the front wall 14b from the front wall 14a of the hook section 14 and capable of moving to a slip preventable position for preventing the hook main body 12 by coming off from a fitted member P and a slip allowable position for allowing the slip and an elastic member 16 energizing the lock member 15 to the slip preventable position side. A lock member fitting recess section 21 extending to right and left is provided to the upper part of the front end face of the base section 13 of the hook main body 12, and the base section 13 of the hook main body 12 is fitted into a square cylindrical body 17 in a state to fit the rear end section 15a of the lock member 15 and elastic member 16 into the same recess section 21.
