PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and to improve formability by dispensing with a bearing bar group requiring special welding strength and welding management and welding for a side frame member 3 in a square grid-like grating 1 having side frame members 3 at both ends of bearing bars 2 arranged side by side. SOLUTION: This grating 1 is formed by the bearing bars 2 having a connecting locking piece 7 provided with a lock hole 8 with a middle part of a band material 6 left, which is projected at both ends, the side frame members 3 formed by a rectangular-section hollow pipe body having bearing bar connecting holes 5 allowing the connecting locking pieces 7 to pass and project the locking holes 8, and a lock member of a gate bar form, which is pressed in to penetrate the lock holes 8 of the connecting locking pieces 7 projected from the bearing bar connecting holes 5, and characterized in that a group of the bearing bars connected and combined like a grid by the lock members 10 and the side frame members 3 are connected and fixed, and connected and locked by a mechanical connecting means dispensing with welding.
