PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propeller fan and an air conditioner therewith capable of increasing air volume by improving a sucking action from the outer-periphery edge of the vane. SOLUTION: This propeller fan is formed by surrounding the outer periphery of an impeller 1 having a plurality of vanes 3, 3 with a bellmouth 4 to be partitioned into high-pressure side and low-pressure side and extending the portion nearer to the outer periphery of the front edge of the vane 3 to low pressure side, wherein the radius of the vane ranging from the outmost periphery point B on the front edge side at the outer-periphery edge 3c of the vane 3 to a surrounding boundary point C to the bellmouth 4 is continuously increased toward the surrounding boundary point C from the outmost periphery point B. In the range from the outmost periphery point B on the front edge side to the surrounding boundary point C, the outer-periphery edge 3c sucks air flows while crossing them at an angle to the rotational direction, so that the sucking action of air is improved and the volume of sucked air increase, thereby increasing the wind volume of the propeller fan.
