PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control rod drive controller capable of reducing the distortion of reactor power distribution by reducing the position deviation of each control rod when the control rods are driven by an induction motor for gang operation. SOLUTION: By detecting drive speeds of each of a plurality of control rods operated simultaneously (gang operation), the drive of a plurality of control rods operated simultaneously is stopped when the drive speed deviation of control rods operated simultaneously is larger than a specific value.
