摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem where the cost of an interval regulation member which is interposed between a pair of magnetic circuit forming members positioned by a housing is increased in a magnetic torque sensor. SOLUTION: Working cost of the torque sensor 8 can be reduced by using the interval regulation member 14 which is made of a resin material. In the resin material, a polyphenylene sulfide, a glass fiber with a content ratio of 20 to 40 wt.% and a filler, such as a mica material or the like which is at a content ratio of 20 to 40 wt.% and whose volume resistance is at 1013Ω.cm or more, are contained. The interval regulation member 14, whose strength is high at a high temperature, and whose volume resistance is large and whose coefficient of linear expansion is small can be realized. The detection accuracy of torque can be maintained high after the elapse of time and even when a temperature is changed. Consequently, since the detection sensitivity of the torque is enhanced, the sense of steering feeling is enhanced is a power steering device 1, in which the torque sensor is used to detect a steering operation.
