PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharging circuit and a setting method for duty ratio wherein simultaneous discharging can be performed regardless of the voltage of batteries. SOLUTION: A battery control unit 6 detects the capacities of a battery 4 and a battery 5, calculates a duty ratio for determining switching timing of a plurality of switching elements relative to each other based on a ratio of the capacities of the battery 4 and the battery 5 derived from the calculated capacities, and sets a DC-DC converter 3 to the duty ratio. The battery control unit 6 is connected to the DC-DC converter 3.
