摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assembly performance of a permanent magnet group, reduce the number of components other than the plate-shaped permanent magnets and enables assembling of an electromagnetic reciprocal driving mechanism with high precision. SOLUTION: A permanent magnet group 18, composed of a plurality of plate-shaped permanent magnets 31 which are arranged into an approximately cylindrical shape, is held by a holding unit 17. The holding unit 17 is composed of a short-cylindrical base part 26, an annular part 27 having an approximately same diameter as the base part 26 and a plurality of rod-shaped connection parts 28 with which the base part 26 and the annular part 27 are connected integrally and coaxially to each other. The plurality of plate-shaped permanent magnets 31 are held respectively by a plurality of holding parts surrounded by the base part 26, the annular part 27 and the rod-shaped connection parts 28.
