PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional sounder incorporated with a coil that it needs a high-degree soldering technique to solder the terminals of the coil to a terminal board, and the soldered connection is vulunerable to heat and harmful lead is contained in the solder. SOLUTION: The coil terminals are connected to the terminal board not by soldering but by arc welding. That is, after wrapping the coil terminals 13 to an end 11c of the terminal board 11, an end of a welder approaches the end 11c to produce arc to in melt the end of the terminal board so as to weld the coil terminals 13. Thus, solder free connection can be realized.
