PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system by which the ISDN connection performance can be enhanced without the need for newly registering a reason code for a user or a serviceman to make a fallback when dialing is failed due to a reason code not registered in its own unit and to provide a recoding medium. SOLUTION: The communication control system of this invention automatically retries a call according to other B channel communication protocol when both reason codes are coincident, stores dissident reason codes and the number of incident times of the dissident reason codes when both the reason codes are dissident, automatically registers the dissident reason codes when the dissident number reaches the stored incident number of times, and automatically retries a call according to the other B channel communication protocol when the reason codes are registered.
