An evaluation device 104 evaluates the test prediction result, determines parameters for actual prediction according to the evaluation result, and stores the parameters in a parameter storage device 111. The prediction part 103 reads the parameters for actual prediction out of the parameter storage device 111 and uses the parameters to perform the actual prediction.</p> |
