PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the fixing device which realizes the speeding-up of operation such as the reduction of a warm-up time, the reduction of a starting time from standby, and the speeding-up of fixing, and realizes stabilization and low power consumption of the output of a power unit, and to provide an image forming device equipped with the same. SOLUTION: Turning on and off of heaters 46, 47 and 49 connected to the power unit 55 is controlled by a controller 54. The heater 49 is turned off during the warm-up, starting-up and printing, electric power is concentrated on the heaters 46 and 47 in a heating roller, and sufficient heat is supplied to a moving fixing belt through the heating roller. On standby, the heater 47 is turned off and the temperature of the heating roller and a pressure roller is maintained by the heater 46 in the heating roller and the heater 47 in the pressure roller. The timing when the heaters 46, 47 and 49 are turned on is controlled so as not to coincide mutually. |
