PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make requestable and collectable a rate by an external substitute organization entrusted by an enterpriser of electricity, gas and water, who adopts a specific rate system. SOLUTION: A process for inputting use quantity for every user to computers 11 installed on an enterpriser side, a process for sending use quantity data to the computer 15 of a rate collecting substitute organization from the computers through a communication line for every prescribed period and a process for outputting rate account/request amount data to a user from the computer 15 of the substitute organization and sending data to the computers 11 of the enterpriser through the communication line are included. |
