PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for manufacturing a coil, by which the efficiency of coil manufacturing work can be improved and the burdens imposed upon workers can be reduced. SOLUTION: When one coil form fixing table 2 is arranged on the upper rail 3A of a winding mechanism 4, the other coil form fixing table 2 is set to standby on the lower rail 3B of the mechanism 4. The first-mentioned coil form fixing table 2 is moved to a press mechanism 5 for press forming after the table 2 is subjected to winding of the mechanism 4. Thereafter, the table 2 is moved to a take-out mechanism 6 and, after the table 2 is subjected to the take-out operation of the mechanism 6, arranged on the lower rail 3B of the mechanism 4 by means of a second elevating/lowering mechanism 3D and set to standby on the lower rail 3B. In parallel with the table 2, the other table 2 is arranged on the upper rail 3A of the mechanism 4 by means of a first elevating/lowering mechanism 3C and subjected to the winding operation of the mechanism 4. Thereafter, the table 2 is subjected to press forming and take-out operation. |
