PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device that ensures earthing, and facilitates attachment of a connection structure and connection of earth lines. SOLUTION: The illumination device has a lamp body 10, on the outside of which is mounted a connection structure 50 for connecting power cables 31, 32 and earth lines 41, 42 through the lamp body 10. An earth terminal 15 is integrally formed with the outside face of the lamp body 10, projected into the connection structure 50. The combined structure of the lamp body 10 and the earth terminal 15 ensures the earth of the lamp body 10. In addition, the insertion of the projected earth terminal 15 in the connection structure facilitates to locate the connection structure 50.
