PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator for a fuel cell, having superior conductivity and gas shut-off ability combined, and superior anticorrosion, rare fatigue failure and lower cost, and the fuel cell having superior durability and power generating performance and lower cost. SOLUTION: The separator comprises a metal plate 2a and a conductive resin portion 2b which applies coating to at least both faces of the metal plate 2a with a conductive resin. The fuel cell comprises fuel cell separators 1A, 1B, 1C and a pair of electrodes 5, 6, placed among the fuel cell separators 1A, 1B, 1C for holding an electrolyte 4 therebetween. |
