A permanent magnet 61 is mounted on the other end of the detection bar 60 to arrange the permanent magnet 61 in an uniform magnetic flux, the permanent magnet 61 is moved with one point F1 of the detection bar 60 as a fulcrum, and the change of the magnetic flux according to the movement of the permanent magnet 61 is measured to detect the presence of the lumped substance 20.
