PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is necessary to change a program itself according to the change of the destination of loading of a cooperative destination program when the destination of loading is managed by the program itself. SOLUTION: In an inter-module communication method in a distributed system, when communication information are transmitted and received, access is performed to a storage means for holding computer information for uniquely identifying a computer constituting this distributed system and program information for uniquely identifying a program loaded on the computer by making them correspond to each other so that information related with the program designated as the destination of the communication information can be retrieved, and the destination of the communication information is replaced with the retrieved computer information and program information.
