PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio base station and a mobile station for not generating degradation in communication quality due to diversity reception in the mobile station. SOLUTION: This radio base station prepares the allocation information of a communication channel at the time of receiving a communication channel allocation request from this mobile station, adds a stop instruction to the allocation information and transmits the allocation information after adding the stop instruction as the response to the allocation request. Also, the mobile station judges whether or not the stop of the diversity reception is instructed from the radio base station and stops the diversity reception at the time of judging that the stop is instructed.
