SOLUTION: A transmission step for providing the method for selling commodity on a network to which a user terminal is connected and transmitting commodity information to the user terminal, a reception step for receiving bidding information including a purchase desiring cost from the user terminal, a deciding step for deciding the supply cost of the commodity and the number of supplied commodities based on bidding information from the plural user terminals and a notice step giving a notice whether the commodity can be purchased or not the user terminal are installed. The deciding step has a step for referring to a cost setting table where the setting cost and the number of settings being the minimum number of bidding people for selling the commodity at the setting cost are recorded and a step for setting the setting cost to be the supply cost when number of bidding people bidding the commodity at the cost of not less that the setting cost is not less than the number of settings at the setting cost and setting the number of bidding people to be the number of supply commodities.
