摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make on-line application of registration possible to be performed. SOLUTION: This on-line registration system is provided with a registration propriety judging and supporting means 41 which compares and refers a registration file 22 storing registered data described in an XML format with/to application data received from the user terminal 24 of a registration applicant 23 and described in the XML format and with/to each piece of registered data stored in the file 22 are which supports the registration propriety judgement of the application data, and an application data registering means 42 which writes the application data decided as registrable by the registration propriety judging and supporting means in the registration file as registration data.
