ARTICLE FOR CLEANING PIPING OF AIR CONDITIONER AND METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cleaning an air conditioner capable of obtaining a long-term reliability even by utilizing existing piping for the conditioner using an HFC refrigerant by realizing cleaning of existed piping in a short time. SOLUTION: The method for cleaning the air conditioner comprises the steps of conveying an article from one piping port of inner and outer connecting piping of the conditioner via a compression gas and removing an oil, a moisture and a refuse retained in the piping from another piping port. In this case, the article inserted into the piping is formed by disposing a nonwoven fabric on a surface of a foamed material having a closed cell foam.
