PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently take out multiple outputs by using both faces of a primary-side piezoelectric body. SOLUTION: A primary-side piezoelectric body 10 is polarized in the thickness or longitudinal direction. On both faces in the thickness or longitudinal direction of the primary-side piezoelectric body 10, secondary-side piezoelectric bodies 12, 14 which are polarized in the thickness or longitudinal direction are laminated. When AC voltage is applied to primary-side input terminals 28, 30, thickness longitudinal oscillation which is one type of mechanical oscillation or lateral oscillation is generated in the primary-side piezoelectric body 10 due to a piezoelectric reverse effect. The oscillation is propagated in the thickness or longitudinal direction to the secondary-side piezoelectric bodies 12, 14, causing AC voltages to be generated in the secondary-side piezoelectric bodies 12, 14 due to a piezoelectric favorable effect. The AC voltages generated in the secondary- side piezoelectric bodies 12, 14 are outputted to first output terminals 32, 34 and second output terminals 36, 38, respectively.
