PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system in which at least one of heating and cooling operations can be performed with almost no energy consumption or no energy consumption for air conditioning. SOLUTION: An air conditioning system 1 comprises an outdoor machine 2 disposed in an outdoor part OD so as to perform at least one of a heating or a cooling operation relative to heat exchanging fluid W1, an indoor machine 3 disposed in an indoor part ID to condition air in the indoor part ID in accordance with the temperature of the heated or cooled heat exchanging fluid W1 and a heat exchanging means 4 for exchanging heat between the outdoor machine 2 and the indoor machine 3 through the heat exchanging fluid W1. The outdoor machine 2 can perform at least one of the heating or the cooling of the heat exchanging fluid W1 by using solar heat.
