PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach and detach a partitioning means between a building cover and a fan shroud in a state of a cooling pipe preciously mounted on a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A cooling water pipe 18 to be connected to the heat exchanger 16 and air pipes 22, 23 are arranged so as to extend from a part between an engine cover 10 and a fan shroud 24 toward an engine side. Cutouts 32B, 32C and 32D are provided on the partitioning plate 32 for constituting a partitioning device 31, and the cutouts 32B, 32C and 32D are fitted to respective pipes 18, 22 and 23. The partitioning plate 32 is fastened to mounting brackets 25 on the fan shroud side 24 in this state. A sealing plate 34 having a slit 34B is provided on the partitioning plate 32, and a part between the cutout 32B and the cooling water pipe 18 is blocked up with the sealing plate 34. Clearances between the cutouts 32C, 32D and the air pipes 22, 23 are respectively blocked up with sealing plates 36, 38.
