PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items for constituting a recoil starting type engine and reduce assembling man-hour of the engine. SOLUTION: In a crankshaft 3, a flywheel 51 is mounted. A recoil pulley 63 is arranged concentrically with the flywheel 51. By a fastening tool 54 threadedly coupled with the crankshaft 3, an interlocking member 67 rotated and driven by the recoil pulley 63 and the flywheel 51 are mounted on the crankshaft 3. Also a driving side pulley 22 arranged between the flywheel 51 and the interlocking member 67 is mounted on the crankshaft 3 by the fastening tool 54.
