PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel manufactured by driving a nail from one direction and a panel installation structure using the panel. SOLUTION: This panel is provided with a frame member 30 formed by disposing a stile 31 between rail 32 arranged opposite to each other at a space, and butting the end face 31a of the stile 31 to the inside face 32a of the rail 32 to be combined like a rectangular frame, and an auxiliary ledge material 33 disposed parallel to the stile 31 in the frame member 30 and having the end face 33a butted to the inside surface 32a of the horizontal rail 32. The stile 31 and the auxiliary ledge material 33 are joined at right angles to the horizontal rail 32 by driving the nail from the outside surface 32b of the horizontal rail 32 with the end parts 310, 330 engaged with cutout parts 321, 322 formed in the horizontal rail 32.
