PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a magneto ignition device so as to easily and highly accurately perform an adjustment for an operation phase time for ignition or the number of operating revolution, in addition to using of parts for condensers for function adjustment assembled on control circuits in common for various kinds of magneto ignition devices. SOLUTION: In a module assembly of the magneto ignition device resin- sealing a power transistor 3 as a switching element performing current-carrying interruption of current flowing in a primary coil of an ignition coil, a control IC 5 of the power transistor 3 and the condenser 11 for function adjustment for setting the operation phase time or the number of operating revolution by being connected with the control IC 5 by mounting the transistor 3, the control IC 5 and the condenser 11 on a lead frame 8, the condenser 11 is mounted as a chip element capable of adjusting electrostatic capacity by a trimming technique at the outside of a resin package 10 and a constant (electrostatic capacity value) of the condenser 11 can be adjusted to a desired value according to the specification of the ignition device by the trimming in a state after the assembling.
