PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urolith preventing device of a toilet stool for generating a required quantity of highly concentrated ozone water to be used as flush water. SOLUTION: A flush valve 21, a water sump 23 for retaining a required quantity of flush water and a gas leakage preventing device 24 are sequentially provided in series in a flush water supply pipe 20, and connected to the toilet stool 10. An ozone pipe 30 is connected to the lower end of the water sump 23, and vent pipe 26 is connected to the upper end through an opening and closing valve 25. In this arrangement, before flushing, the opening and closing valve 25 is released to pour ozone in the water sump 23 to produce ozone water. At the time of flushing, the opening and closing valve 25 is closed, and the flush valve 21 is operated to supply the produced ozone water to the toilet stool 10.
