PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent possible trouble of not being able to cut a metal fuse by melting with specific current and time due to fattening tendency of the finished width of a fine-line part of a metal fuse by dispersion of the process. SOLUTION: Cutting the metal of the fine-line part 101 by melting is made easy by reducing the width of the fine-line part 101 by arranging dummy patterns 30 that are formed in the top layer of metal wiring, that are formed by the same metal wiring as the fuse part 10 which has a fine-line part 101, that are located close to the fuse part 10 and that are not connected to the fuse part 10. |
